Este aceite de oliva virgen extra de cosecha temprana se elabora con las variedades de aceituna\u00a0<\/span>Royal<\/em>,\u00a0<\/span>Arbequina<\/em>,\u00a0<\/span>Empeltre<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>y\u00a0<\/span>Verde\u00f1a<\/em>. Las aceitunas se recogen a principios de noviembre, cuando a\u00fan est\u00e1n verdes y en fase de envero.<\/p>\n

En boca, presenta un\u00a0<\/span>amargor medio con un ligero picor agradable<\/strong>, y en nariz,\u00a0<\/span>aromas de tomate, hinojo, alloza y alcachofa<\/strong>. Este aceite es perfecto para\u00a0<\/span>maridar con queso fresco, aguacate, ensalada de tomate o verduras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
