El proyecto Aiosa<\/em> surge de la tradici\u00f3n olivarera del Bajo Arag\u00f3n<\/em> y de los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s depurados para la producci\u00f3n de extracci\u00f3n de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aiosa es el proyecto de Javier Esteban Carbonell<\/em>, historiador, arque\u00f3logo y agricultor que en 2019 decidi\u00f3 unir el paisaje de su infancia en la localidad turolense de Alloza<\/em> y sus conocimientos profesionales sobre la producci\u00f3n de aceite en un nuevo proyecto de vida ligado a la tierra y al paisaje.<\/p>\n

Aiosa<\/em> se inspira en la sonoridad compartida del nombre Alloza<\/em> -que tambi\u00e9n significa almendra verde- y las<\/strong>
palabras italianas ‘a iosa’, que significan \u00abMucho\u00bb o \u00aben abundancia\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aplicando una visi\u00f3n contempor\u00e1nea y una pasi\u00f3n por los aceites y vinos gourmet, cultivada estudiando y trabajando directamente en granjas, bodegas y almazaras de Italia, Aiosa<\/em> produce aceites de cosecha temprana y extracci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo a partir de variedades aut\u00f3ctonas para obtener todo el sabor del aceite verde.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Desde su primera cosecha, Aiosa<\/em> ha ido obteniendo reconocimientos internacionales como el Oro en el Dubai Olive Oil Competition<\/a> 2021<\/em><\/strong>, un concurso internacional de aceite de oliva virgen extra en el que participaron m\u00e1s de 400 productores de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n
